This bridge was covered in so much glass it was hard to walk across so I emailed the city and didn't get a response. This made me sad until I realized I could clean the bridge myself, so I bought a broom from the 99 cents store and went to work. I got a few strange stares but no one stopped me or asked me anything. The next day when I used the bridge to get to work the pile of rubbish I had collected at the bottom of the stairs was gone. Someone else had carted it away. :) I believe people want to be heros, they just need someone to take the first step. :)
